I like Matt's suggestions but you consider the following:

-Mr. Pink (Steve Buscemi, Resevoir Dogs)
-Darth Vader (The guy is badass, face it)
-R. Lee Ermey, A.K.A Gunnery Sergeant Hartman of Full Metal Jacket fame.

What about Chunk from The Goonies? Or Brad Pitt as Mickey O'Neil in Snatch. Or Edward Norton as Derek Vinyard in American History X?

All great characters. And I totally dig your list. Any character from a David Bowie flick, puppet or otherwise, gets points in my book.
