Makeover!

As you may have noticed, my blog has changed a little. I'm teaching myself html. It's slow going - mostly because I"m an internet retard. Keep an open mind as things may get a little gaudy and overly decorated as I learn new tricks. Bear with me and we'll all get through these growing pains. If you are a regular reader adn I haven't linked your site; let me know and I'll see what we can work out. Ideas and advice are always welcome as well, just don't be too offended if I don't follow it.

In other news...

The Norton Antivirus man pissed me off today. What I want to know is who thought it was a good idea to put the heavily accented middle easterner on the customer service phones? C'mon! 90% of the people that call that line are already angry or frustrated to begin with and don't need any more encouragement from a man that doesn't sound like he's speaking english!!! What made it worse was the fact taht he couldn't get my billing address right to save his life, thereby making it impossible for me to renew my antivirus software. Alas, I didn't take my wrath out on him. Instead I yelled at Vanna when she slid across my desk knocking everything onto the floor. She still isn't speaking to me. Thanks Norton - you homewrecker!!
