"Wing Sports Day"

I competed in field day today. First time since 5th grade for me. WOW. No really; it felt like a grownup's form of field day, complete with a 3-legged race and tug-o-war. My squadron took home the most trophies at last count, which is kinda cool. But I'm pretty sure the rest of the base thinks we're assholes. Mostly because we're really obnoxious winners. We lost to DIA in softball, but they travel all over to play, not fair. Volleyball - we kicked ass, but a person who shall remain nameless took the game a leeeetle too seriously. 3-legged race, took 1st and 2nd. Tug-o-war - that's where they lost their freakin minds, because they won. Golf - of course we won that. 5K, took 2nd. Balloon toss, Murdie and I were doing well, until he didn't dive after my short toss...what was he thinking? I think our squadron took 3rd anyway. Did I miss anything? More to come, especially after I get pics. I have to spirit myself over to the Shelor's now for a night of hard-partying fun.
